Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

United States – You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credits

Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will only be approved under the following conditions:

✅ The item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit
✅ A verified quality issue is identified (with photo evidence)
✅ The product received does not match the order or website description


Quality Issues

All our items go through strict quality checks before shipment. If you believe there is a quality concern, please provide clear photos of the item.

  • If the issue is confirmed as a significant defect or mismatch, a full refund or exchange will be offered.

  • If the issue is considered minor and does not affect the overall use or appearance of the product, Magna Clothes may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture. In such cases, customers may keep the item without the need to return it.

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons of personal preference (e.g., not liking the item or it not meeting expectations).


Size Selection & Customer Responsibility

Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size selection.

✅ Customers may request an exchange at their own cost (including return and reshipping fees).
✅ If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we may offer partial store credit as a courtesy.
📸 Evidence (photos of the received item) is required in all cases.


Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items that are worn, used, washed, or returned without tags/packaging
❌ Items sent back without prior contact and approval
❌ Sale items, personalised/custom items, gift cards, and intimate wear (due to hygiene reasons)
❌ Incorrect size selection (refunds not provided; only exchanges at customer’s cost)
❌ Items received late due to shipping delays outside our control
❌ Personal expectations not being met


Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange before your order is shipped (if stock is available).

  • Post-delivery exchanges require customers to cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Once the item is received and approved, a replacement will be shipped or partial store credit may be offered.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. The item must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition

  • Have all tags and packaging intact

  • Include proof of purchase


How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Include your order number and photos of the item if there is an issue.

  3. Wait for our approval before returning any items. Returns without approval will not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, a refund of the product cost only (not shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please allow your bank/payment provider additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@wearmagna.com.
